Data retention
In accordance with the current regulation, SPIRIT FRANCE informs you that your personal data will be retained only for a period of time strictly necessary for its processing, according to local current regulation. For instance, in accordance with French legislation, we must retain payment and billing information for a period of 10 years. Until you inform us of it being otherwise, we assume that your data has not been modified, that you agree to notify us of any change and that we have your consent to use it for mentioned purposes.
Data processing
SPIRIT FRANCE informs you they will process your data in a legal, lawful, transparent, appropriate, relevant, limited, precise and up-to-date manner. This is why SPIRIT FRANCE commits to take any reasonable measures in order for your data to be deleted or rectified as quickly as possible when inaccurate. SPIRIT FRANCE will process your data in order to fulfill their contractual obligation for the printing of your order and the management of your client account. Without this data, we cannot process your order or bills for ordered products. SPIRIT FRANCE will also process your data to send you promotional offers and information on their products if you have previously agreed to it. You can withdraw your consent to receiving marketing and products information at any point in time by contacting the customer service.

Data provided in our contact form or quote request
In order to answer our users’ queries, we store users’ data they have filled in contact forms and quote requests. In particular this may include first and last name, e-mail address and phone number as well as resume. We also retain the IP address of the sender. This data is retained for a duration of 12 months. However, as part of our fighting spamming practices, if spamming or repeated abusive form-filling occur, we will retain the IP address for an indeterminate duration in order to ban the abusive user. Data is used for commercial purposes when coming from a quote request or commercial information request. They are transmitted to third parties only when said third parties are involved as subcontractors. They are then submitted to the same privacy rules as SPIRIT FRANCE and cannot transmit, reuse or retain data outside of the privacy and data usage agreement concluded between the user and SPIRIT FRANCE.
Data provided for the subscription to the newsletter
When subscribing to the newsletter, provided data, i.e. e-mail address and optionally first and last name, are retained for an undetermined duration if the user doesn’t take any specific action. Once the subscription has been validated by the user, they can terminate it at any point in time. If the subscription is terminated, the data is deleted.
Data provided for online purchases
User account data, purchases details, delivery address are retained for an unlimited duration. The user can access, modify or delete their data through their user account. When deleting one’s account all the linked data is deleted from the website. We inform the users that once the data is deleted they will not have access to their bills or the history of their purchases on the website anymore.
For accounting purposes, billing data will however be retained for 10 years by SPIRIT FRANCE starting at the balance sheet date.
User’s rights.
In accordance with the rights the current data protection regulation confers upon you, you can exercise your right to access, to modify, to limit or oppose the processing, to delete and/or to transfer your personal data by sending your request to the aforementioned postal address or through the contact form. You may reach out to the relevant control authority (CNIL in France) to present any reclamation you deem relevant.
Data transfer
SPIRIT FRANCE informs you they may proceed to data transfer when necessary (for instance to sub-contractors -developers, photographers, graphic designers). This data transfer shall be realized in accordance with guarantees, rules and rights provided by the current legislation on the protection of personal data and in accordance with the present privacy policy and the SPIRIT FRANCE data transfer agreement.
Changes to the present privacy policy
This privacy policy has been updated on January 10th 2024. SPIRIT FRANCE is liable to periodically modify their privacy policy and to update their website. SPIRIT FRANCE reserves the right to update their privacy policy at any point in time and recommend you read it frequently;
